I cannot say enough good things about Paul at M Autowerks. I have taken my car to multiple mechanics over the years, and too often they either could not figure out the real issue or only gave me one narrow option. With Paul, it is completely different. He is an absolute legend when it comes to being a master mechanic, but what stands out even more is his integrity. He explains the problem clearly, gives you the truth, and lays out all of your available options. He is not the kind of mechanic who pushes you into the most expensive repair. If the dealership is the better route, he will tell you. If used parts make sense, he will explain that option. If new premium parts are best, he will explain why. You always feel informed and in control of the decision. It is rare to find a shop with this level of expertise and professionalism. Paul and M Autowerks have earned my complete trust and I highly recommend them.

Ah spring. Car out of storage, and time for a service, inspection and checkover. I recently moved to the area, and did some research. I couldn't believe that this place was not far from where I live and the reviews looked great. I have an Aston DB9, so always keen to find people that know what they're doing. So I met Paul. Super knowledgeable, and the type of person that speaks passion for his craft. Result? car serviced, inspected and checked. Ready for another season of driving. Oh, and another detail that only car people will get. The inspection sticker and registration sticker are aligned perfectly on the windshield. I mean precision. Well done. I scheduled an appointment, which was the best thing to do based on my schedule, Mr. P took great care of me and the care, walked mw through what needed to get done. i appreciated that review of the issues and options to get things done. he makes sure you're 100% comfortable with the work he does. He makes owning a BMW easier without paying a ton of service and repair cost.

Paul is attentive, highly qualified in BMW's, and excels in customer service. He advised me on my options, the must-do services and the "it can wait" things, too.
