Once again Frank and Elite Auto Body Shop put a dang smile on my face! I got side swiped while trying to parallel park in Brooklyn today damaging my entire front left of my brand new Mazda. Called the shop right away, since I entrust him from a similar incident of a fender bender, and he took me in right away. Frank took the time to call each distributor for necessary parts which demonstrated clarity and honesty. Then did everything he could to fix my scratches and dents without having to perform the full getup which would have ran me up a lot of money that I don’t have since I’m a student. Thank you Frank and Elite Auto Body for your amazing work and honesty. Great guy as well!

Ruben is an asset to the community. He goes out of his way to help customers unique only to him. He's approachable and knowledgeable and never to busy to take the time out to listen to a customer.(me). His rates are competitive and reasonable and his staff is equally up to the task also as friendly as he is. His location was rebuilt from the ground up recently all new equipment and a brand new shiny modern building and landscaping. It offers ample space , parking and modern shop equipment. Besides the stellar service and beyond. His other services include detailing and auto body as well. We wish him much continued success. Shop Name: 9W Auto Body 157 Person Involved: Ruben Garcia Two weeks ago, Ruben G. purchased an A/C compressor from our business. Recently, he returned claiming the part was no good. Despite no proof and no diagnosis, we offered a replacement unit in good faith. What happened next is what everyone needs to know: Ruben sent his mechanic, who openly told our office that his boss does this to every junkyard—buys parts, gets a receipt, charges his own customer, and then returns the part just to get the money without using it. According to his own employee, this is a routine scam. When I learned this, I asked to speak directly with Ruben. I offered to give him another part, but I made it clear I wanted to meet him in person and take his picture so others in our industry could be warned. Instead of showing up, he ran online to leave us a false bad review. Let this be known: This kind of dishonest behavior wastes time, hurts small businesses, and deceives customers. We’ve dealt with returns from this shop before and we will no longer do business with him. ❌ If you’re a mechanic, a supplier, or a customer, be careful who you trust. ✅ We are filing a formal complaint to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). ✅ We encourage all junkyards and honest businesses to share this post and stop this scam. Enough is enough. We stand for honesty and accountability.

Fair price for fair work. They're willing to work with you to fix what might be the problem. If you want to know more about your car, work with these guys instead of blindly listening to those car dealership service salespeople. If your car is aging, needs some service to keep it going a few more years and not a total work up, bring it here. Trustworthy and will tell you what's up without stacking on service to make extra money. Small shop and small team, they'll let you know if they can do it now or pass you on to their partners.
