Nisa was the Best. I went in and met a true professional. I've had many cars over the years and have dealt with many service departments. Lets just say, those experiences make me hesitant on servicing at the dealer. Meeting Nisa showed me that you can still go to a dealer and get truly exceptional service! She is a good listener, very informative and took care of my issues swiftly. She is a great asset to this service department. So if you want excellent service wait in line for Nisa!!

All of the lights on my Jeep popped up like Christmas while headed to work. While panicking I called the nearest Jeep dealer and spoke with a woman, yes, a woman named Nisa who went above and beyond. Not only did she help calm me down. She sent a tow truck to pick up my baby. And she even arranged for a valet to take me to work. She also explained the process to me. She truly went above and beyond and eased my fear of car issues. Big Kudos to her!

Hey all who need to know, If you are going to service your jeep, or what ever, you need to ask for Nisa Thompson. This young lady has so much knowledge about most aspects of the service department. Between Nisa, Tori And Meghan in the parts department my jeep was in and out with minimal out of pocket. Absolutely a FABULOUS crew. WELL DONE!!!

I brought my car in recently for a service issue, I was afraid it was going to be a big problem. But the service team diagnosed it and it was a simple fix. Megan was Awesome, she put me at ease and helped me schedule my appointment right away.

Beware of this service center. My NY State inspection turned into a very expensive endeavor, and I'm not certain it was a necessary fix at all. My vehicle has LED Halo daytime running lights; but they insisted that the HID headlamp be replaced (actually, they told me they were replacing the daytime running light assembly, but I was billed for a HID headlight). Pretty sure they didn't install anything and just billed parts and labor. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
