Tesla Service-Latham

I was passing through on my way to Utica/New Hartford, and unfortunately ran over a tight curb at a rest stop and caused a deep sidewall tear in the front right tire of my 2025 Model 3. By luck and chance, this Service Center happened to be nearby and were able to quickly and efficiently replace the tire upon arrival — the fastest and most polite customer service I’ve ever dealt with at an auto repair place. I can’t thank these folks enough for helping me out during an emergency and getting me back on the road.

Whether you’re here to have your car repaired or for any other reason, you’re bound to be disappointed—the staff are all incredibly rude, and you might feel as though you’ve come here to be humiliated with your own money; their attitude towards people is completely different, and the service is non-existent.

5/5 Stars – Exceptional Customer Service by Bill and the Team! I recently had my Model 3 serviced at the Tesla Latham Service Center, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I was dealing with a frustrating water leak that had impacted my audio system, and initially, it looked like it was going to be an expensive, out-of-pocket fix. However, Service Manager Bill stepped in personally to handle the situation. Instead of giving me a standard generic response, Bill actually listened to my concerns, looked into the technical details of the issue, and worked out a incredibly fair compromise that honored a service bulletin framework. What really set this experience apart was the communication. Bill went above and beyond by making personal phone calls to keep me thoroughly updated on the diagnostic findings, the repair progress, and the final water testing. He ensured the repair labor was taken care of, the hardware was replaced, and everything was back in perfect working order faster than expected. It is rare to find this level of transparency, accountability, and genuine customer care at a service center. If you go to Tesla Latham, know that you are in great hands with Bill and his team.
