Albany Auto Service and Tire

So far, having a really good experience with them. Getting repairs done with my CarMax limited warranty has been pretty smooth. They have great customer service, their communication is superb (emails, phone calls, and text updates/reminders), and they seem trustworthy. They even offered me a slice of pizza while I was there for a couple hours! Lol. My last trusted mechanic that I'd been going to for years shut down shop and I've been weary of where to bring my car because a lot of mechanics upcharge and are scammy. So, after my warranty period is over, I'm going to continue visiting here for maintenance and hopefully I continue getting the same great service.

I’ve visited this shop twice now. The customer service they provide is what I have been looking for the last ten years in Albany. After my oil change, I was given a list of services with pricing that my car could use in the near future which I really appreciate. They are very communicative and respectful. I’m happy to have found my new go to shop!

Best service anywhere. Honest, friendly, fast. Can't say enough good things about this garage. They have taken care of my vehicle a few times, always happy with the work and bill.

These guys are amazing. I ONLY come to them with my car and my wife’s car. They are honest, fair, knowledgeable and get you in and out quick without sacrificing quality of work. Check ‘em out and let your wallet and ride decide. Keep the private guys like this going, they’re worth it.

After an initial hiccup with some CarMax warranty repairs, Keehan and his crew at Albany Auto worked hard to make everything right. I've since returned to the shop a few times for more repairs, and they're always professional, courteous and go out of their way to make sure I'm happy. It's a rare thing to see businesses that take their reputation seriously, but the crew at Albany Auto does exactly that. Five stars.
