South End Touch Free/Self Service Car Wash

This was my first time coming here, and I was genuinely impressed. The touchless wash did a great job, and the app makes the whole process incredibly convenient and easy to use. Everything was straightforward, and I was in and out quickly. The vacuums are powerful and actually work better than most car washes I've been to. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you get. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable car wash.

Ive been here previously and should of known better, but i couldn't even vacuum my car with a purse full of quarters. It is a coin less car wash, with no way to convert your quarters to tokens. Of course they have other ways to pay, an app, and a dollar machine that gives u tokens, but i had no cash on me besides quarters, and im not gonna sit there and download an app to vacuum my car. Sorry.

Terrible car wash. Every bay is filthy with mud and garbage. It appears this location is not managed at all, set it and forget it. No pressure on the “high pressure” hose. Expensive and not worth the money whatsoever. Wash your vehicle literally anywhere else. Editing since the owner responded to criticism with calling this a fake review. Childish, even more reason to not go here. Consumer beware.

I would give no stars if I could…I used the auto wash and was frustrated from the start. First off, there was a hand-written sign that stated it wasn’t accepting cash. I pressed what wash I wanted and swiped my card but was there for about 5 minutes before it actually accepted the payment. A random terrible voice recording plays and tells you pull up to the wash. I then go into the wash and end up with a terrible car wash that didn’t even rinse off all of the soap. What a waste of $14, stay away from this place until they get it together.

I did one step below the highest level wash on the touch free wash. My car came out still quite dirty and the dry cycle is very very weak. Even moving as slowly as possible out of the wash I used a half dozen microfibers to get the residual water off. All of those cloths are now disgustingly dirty because they did 90% of the work getting the dirt off of my car. Two stars because the wash did spray soap on my car and did rinse the soap off…but that’s about it.
