Outstanding service, communication and care. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Fixed my truck quicker than expected with exceptional results. Easy to work with them through insurance, and they set up a rental for me (pick up AND drop off). The truck was washed when I picked it up. Can't ask for more!
I hope I never have a need for their service again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to bring my vehicle to Cole's Collision of Colonie NY again. Highly recommended!
