Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Unfortunately I would avoid this place at all cost. Came in for a what I thought would be a simple battery swap thinking how hard could it be? Well long story short they broke the terminal by forcing it and were unable to actually attach and secure the battery after installing. You could just flick it off with your hand. I ended up having to order a new terminal and sensor for $160 which the store manager did reimburse me for. I was never given anything or compensated for my wasted time, inconvenience, and loss of trust as a life long member. Just the cost of part which I ordered and installed myself.

The workers that actually work on the cars are always amazing and always busy, shout out to Josh. Sam’s need to put more staff on the front end of the store especially in this section. Wait times can vary from 10-30 minutes (in my experience). Funnily, many Sam’s workers saw that I was standing there waiting for someone, they didn’t even bother getting anyone.

Big warehouse store, if you didn't know that already. Some prices are not bargain while others are so you still have to do your research.

Never got my tires after a month of waiting and multiple appointments. Tires even arrived according to Sam's club but associate could not find them. Phone customer service was unhelpful. They have no way to check whwre the delivery is. Don't recommend going here at all.

Love Sam's club I always find good deals to fill up my freezer with breakfast , lunch and dinner items. Soups and macaroni so much to choose from. I am in and out. Very quickly.
