This is now the second time I’ve had a terrible experience with this location. I originally scheduled a mobile windshield replacement online and was given an appointment several days out. When the appointment day arrived, nobody showed up, nobody called, and I received no communication whatsoever. After the appointment window expired, I contacted customer service and was told the local shop would reach out. Nobody ever did. My appointment was then rescheduled without anyone contacting me first, and when that appointment came around, the same thing happened again. Customer service couldn’t even reach the local store and eventually told me the next available appointment was nearly a week away. On the third scheduled appointment, I finally received a call—but only to be told they didn’t have a technician available and would need to reschedule yet again. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not my first bad experience with this location. During a previous windshield replacement, the technician arrived, realized he was missing a tool, left to get it, and never returned. I ultimately had to bring the vehicle to the shop myself. The windshield itself isn’t the issue. I understand that scheduling problems happen and employees get busy. The problem is the complete lack of communication, repeated no-shows, missed callbacks, and multiple broken promises over the course of more than a week. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in this location. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. In the future, I will gladly go out of my way—and even pay more if necessary—to take my business somewhere else rather than deal with this level of unprofessionalism again.

Had a fine and dandy experience with my servicing! The actual time it took to replace was short, compared to the time waiting for the customers ahead of me. So don’t get nervous if they don’t pull your car in right away! Staff was courteous and there was no issue regarding my ignition interlock. I’m very happy with the results and grateful they could schedule my appointment in a timely manner.

I recently got my windshield replaced and the guy was super nice and kept me updated on what was going on with my car ! Service was fast under 3 hours! They replaced all my stickers like they were never moved and even replaced my Ez Pass stickers! Thanks

I went to the shop 3 times. First time they said the replacement window was missing parts. The second time I was a few minutes late, due to a traffic backup and they said they had over booked themselves and they couldn’t get to my car. The third time they finally replaced the windshield but they didn’t check the wiper placement and the wipers were ending up off the window, both sides were not aligned! Next time I will ask Geico for a different repair shop.

I have been waiting for my window to be repaired under warranty for over 2 months at this point. I brought my car in originally back in February to have the regulator fixed. My window fell out of place within a week of the repair because they used a third party glass which supposedly doesn’t attach right. They agreed to fix it under warranty and replace the window. However, after bringing in my car over 6 times they kept ordering the same incompatible glass. In fact one time the manager even outright forgot about my appointment and forgot to order the part. After a lot of back and forth, over 2 weeks ago they finally agreed to replace the window with OEM glass but now they claim the glass is out of stock. Since I’ve been waiting over 2 months they should be doing everything to make this right… They promised to update me constantly but I’ve been getting nothing but the run around. These guys are incompetent, refuse to refund my money and now I’m out $1000 for the regulator and window with no repair in sight. I’ve attempted to contact the district manager and corporate over the course of the past month because their customer service is beyond unacceptable, I keep receiving promises of a call back but have heard nothing. Do the right thing and expedite my repair or refund my money! If you have a BMW, do not bring your car to these incompetent people!!! They will steal your money and leave you high and dry. I can’t use my drivers side window which is a major inconvenience or wash my car for fear of the window dropping out yet again. Where is the accountability?!
