Amazing experience! My soon to be husband had a car that was sitting for almost a year and these guys got everything up and running! We arrived at 4:30pm and they finished almost everything because they stayed later to work on his car! ALL the workers there are amazing and truly care about their customers! Rob and Carl are truly amazing and we appreciate everything they did! They didn’t overcharge us or try to up charge us. I would definitely take your car here if you’re having any car issues.

I stopped in because my vehicle experienced a minor issue. They were able to resolve the issue very quickly and efficiently. The staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. From my experience I would definitely recommend considering this repair shop. And this is coming from someone who is not big on recommending things especially repair shops

Had a great experience at Monro muffler in Latham. Store manager Robbie was friendly, courteous, and professional. They had my car serviced within a half hour. What could have been a nightmare of an experience for me turned out to be a pleasant one.

Realized my state inspection was due, so I booked the first available appointment that day. I got there a little early but they got started on the inspection right away, and I was out within 15 minutes. Friendly staff and great service. I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on!
