This place does excellent work and gives detailed, transparent estimates and explanations or service expectations. There can be a wait, which should be expected in this industry. I, however, called ahead and they got me right in. I specifically did business with one of the managers, Dean, and he was wonderful. He even took the time to explain things under my car that my son had questions about because he had noticed his interest in the process. Excellent service, clear truthful pricing, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!!

I took my car for 2 new tires, a wheel alignment, and an inspection. I was told my alignment was really bad by a different mechanic that wanted to charge me $169 to fix it. Mavis had a $35 off coupon so I scheduled with them. Turns out, I didn't even need an alignment so they saved me $85! I appreciate their honesty and great prices.

Worst tire shop experience I’ve had. I was told one thing, took time out of work, dropped my car off, then got called back later and told the complete opposite by management. Poor communication, no real diagnosis, and a waste of my time. I understand policies, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and frustrating.
