Had a bunch of work on my bmw 540i done and it came out better than expected. Went above and beyond to perfection! I will keep going back and recommend them. I wish I had found them sooner would have saved so much headache.

First time customer. Very responsive and got my car in the shop quickly after getting an estimate. They came in first thing in the morning in a freezing cold snow storm on a Saturday a few months ago to help service my car. Had a dent in my bumper I needed repaired and it was fixed in less than an hour. Completely reasonable pricing as well! Highly suggest!

There isn't a business number. You get screened on a personal number. I needed an oil change, inspection, my hood wouldn't release, and there were a few other concerns. The person I scheduled with didn't let the other mechanics know I was coming. The guy who "looked" at my car didn't even touch it. He ordered parts "just in case" but didn't give updates and left me wondering. It wasn't until I called telling them I was going to another shop I got an update. Still waiting. Great. So, while I'm waiting for parts I may or may not need my car is burning oil I can't top off because I can't open the hood. And I'm now out of inspection. I brought my car to midas on central ave. Got an appointment that was actually scheduled in a system. Dropped off at 8, knew what to expect my 8:45, and probably will be on the road around 11. No waiting on parts. No risk of getting ticketed. And the parts he was waiting on? If he'd looked at my car he would see they weren't needed. The hood was stuck. Total for everything is just under $1,000. I've had enough cars, needed enough repairs that I know there's no reason to go about it like this. If you can't take my car for whatever reason just say so. Idk who's giving good reviews. I guess give them a chance but I'm not.

Recently had limitless install aftermarket side-skirts and i couldn’t be happier with the end results! Got me in and out in a under a hour! Waiting room was family friendly and was accommodating! The people were great and the work even better! 10/10 recommend anyone looking for aftermarket installs from body panels to engine mods! Make limitless ur first phone call ya won’t regret it!….

They’ve always done work to all my cars and every time they do not disappoint. My car sat for 3.5 years with unknown issues and they diagnosed and fixed the issue in a day and I’ve never had any issues with the car ever since. I’ve recommended numerous of people to them and the results always spoke for themselves. 10/10 highly recommend this shop for ANY automotive needs. #1 auto shop in the capital district in my opinion !
