I had another great service experience at Lia. I had a tire blowout on the Northway. Justin Cole got me scheduled and communicated throughout the visit. The issue was resolved very quickly so that my schedule was minimally impacted.

We had made an appointment to replace a lost key and hadn't realized the process would take about 2 hours. Jared Cain quickly arranged for an Uber to take us home, and accomodated our request to also conduct a state inspection. He communicated clearly and professionally with us on work that should be done, which was done promptly. Altogether a good experience in taking care of our car.

Since 2015, I have purchased three cars at Lia Toyota in Schenectady and have had them serviced here. Why? Because I consistently get excellent customer service. My latest service was for a simple oil change and tire rotation (which btw the rotation is free for the life of my tires since I bought them there). I was able to schedule online very easily and then I was in and out quickly. My service rep, Art Palazzolo, was terrific - so pleasant, didn't try to sell me service I didn't need and kept me posted about my car while I waited via text. Oh....and they have a fantastic coffee machine - various roasts, lattes, cappacinos - and it's gratis for the customers. It's not too bad if you are waiting for your car. Definitely recommend.

Brought in my 2023 Corolla Hybrid for an electrical issue. The overall experience from the the manager I spoke with on the phone to my service manager Naomi was excellent. They were courteous, and communicated clearly every step of the way. Also, the service center was one of the cleanest and nicest I have seen. As it turned out, the electrical issue was a simple fix of a loose connection. Lia was honest about the fix and very reasonable about the cost. Highly recommend Lia Toyota of Colonie, Naomi Hughs and the whole team.
