Bryan was courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the visit, providing clear communication and prompt assistance. The service was completed efficiently and within a timely manner. Additionally, the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive overall experience. He took my information and looked at an issue I was having. While I was waiting he checked on my issue and ordered a part that I needed. I was very pleased with his initiative and work ethic. Dustin Rose was very accommodating the day of my appointment for an inspection. Woke up to an ice storm and my appointment was for 7am. Called first thing to tell him I would be late and he said no problem. The roads aren’t great so I understand. When you get here we’ll take care of you. And that he did. I highly recommend Lia Nissan Service Center.
