Lia INFINITI Auto Repair & Service Center

Had some repair work done by Lia Infiniti. My rep was Sami Dawood. He really provided excellent service, kept me informed, and was very helpful. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for service assistance with an Infiniti car or SUV.

The service department at Lia Infinity is fantastic. William Golden is one of the advisors in that department who has been absolutely great to work with. I appreciate his commitment with making sure my vehicle will be serviced within the timeframe we discussed…since I always wait for my car while it’s being worked on. He listened carefully to what service I wanted and was patient in providing different options and allowing me time to decide what the best option was for me, no pressure. I have long web a customer of Lia Infiniti. Over the 25 or so years passed I was truly impressed by 2 individuals In the service Dept who were superb. Currently a service advisor Michael Bingham who continues that impression. He takes complete care of the individual client as well as superb service for the automobile. The staff I do note are all excellent service people and are shown the way by Mr Bingham
