Lamar Patton was exemplary in getting my Honda Passport serviced and NY inspected. He was very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable and professional. He said it would take about 1.5 hours to complete and they were done in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. he kept me informed of what was happening several times while the vehicle was being serviced.

I bought my first brand new car from Lia Honda in 2007 and since the very first day I have been treated like their best customer. I went on to purchase another new Honda last year and Steve Smith has serviced both my vehicles from the start. He is without a doubt, the dealership's diamond. He trains his employees to be the same as him. I have never ever had a bad experience there. He always remembers me, takes care of anything the cars have ever needed (which was just maintenance being they are such good cars), and keep me informed throughout the whole time my car is ever there. I tell anyone and everyone who will listen, that Lia Honda is the place to go and that I hope Steve Smith never retires. He is the best!

My service advisor Steve Smith did a greaf job from beginning till end . He explained what needed to be fixed . .He offered me a ride to and from home . Called me during that time to let me know the progress . When the car was complete he walked me thru the invoice and even gave me a discount coupon His communication skills were wonderful ! I picked up my car fixed , clean and looking brand new . I would definitely go back

I always use Lia Honda for all my car service/maintenance needs. When I pulled into the garage, it was very busy. Other technicians said, someone will be right with you. When I saw Wes Harrington walking towards me, I was happy. This was not the first time Wes was my service technician, so I was glad to have him as my service technician again. I know I am in good hands with Wes. He is excellent at his job. Always makes me feel at home, gives me accurate information about work needed, time needed and cost. He even compliments me on my car.
