Freddy Estrada was my service manager and to say he was fantastic is an understatement. He went over and above what I had expected. while my RAM was in for service, he kept me updated on when my part would be received, contacting me several times when the part was held up. As soon as the part came in, he called me to let me know before it was even out of the box. Freddy was so knowledgeable about RAM vehicles which made me trust him. I had another issue that he advised me about as well which worked out perfectly. Anytime I need service done, Freddy will be my first and only call. I can't thank him enough.

Dayvon Styles was excellent to deal with. He was kind and thoughtful throughout the process. I did not care for having to pay twice for an alignment though, I was told a bolt was loose but was not shown what bolt was loose. On a positive note, I was able to take my jeep home quickly. Fastest service ever at a dealership.

Freddie Estrada was very clear in what I needed to do with car & very helpful in returning the vehicle via tow! He “knows his stuff” - mucky appreciated when your car is disabled! Kudos to Freddie - give him a raise 👍👍👍👍

Was taken in for check engine light that found codes in need of several services ( transmission services- thermostat/ radiator service & some engine tune up service) The service writer ( A.J. went above & beyond to accommodate the unexpected appointment needed) Was well serviced within a day & a half.( better than I anticipated) Was very satisfied with the the promptness , curteousy & services that was rendered. Thank you so much.

Best service around. Washed and detailed just how I like it. Wheels were perfect
