Tom and Corry are awesome! They hooked me up with the same-day appointment. They balanced my rims and put them on my car on top of that did an oil change within the timeframe I gave them. Now the car is running running beautifully with no steering wheel shake.The shop is awesome. And the people and the mechanics easy to talk to! Couldn’t complain at all!

The manager and others were polite, communicative, and honest. I asked for a transmission fluid service and they recommended I go to the dealership to ensure proper servicing. I appreciated that. They did complete the rest of the services as expected. I’ll be back.

Went to get my new tires put on. They said they could not put one of my tires on because my lugnut was stripped, and it was a long process to break off, and rethread. So he told me that would cost $500 to fix. I told them that I would pass, and to just leave it. I went to Mavis the next day, and they got the lugnut off, and replaced my tire within 10 minutes. Complete BS. Not too mention, their general overall prices are inflated compared to any other shop. DONT TRUST THIS FIRESTONE LOCATION‼️

Dropped off my Tacoma for a alignment on 12/30/2025 steering wheel was off center when I dropped it off picked it up and was still off.came back the next day and they redid it and still off do they even road test after ? Really don’t wanna come back a third time. Drives straight but wheel off center
