We have taken all of our family vehicles to this store for years and will continue to as we need service and repairs. TJ, Chris and the whole crew are also welcoming and patient with all of my nonsensical questions and dramatic flair. They take the time to explain to me in a capacity that I can understand or at least to understand to the best of my ability. Communication is always on point and they return my vehicle swiftly. They are a great and trusted group by the family. They all deserve a raise.

I came in for a pre-purchase inspection on a car that appeared to have a potential oil leak, and employees at this location were able to very quickly and accurately get me all of the information I needed. The inspection was also very reasonably priced, they did not try to upsell me on anything (I already knew I needed an oil change), and everyone was great. The experience could not have been better, and I will definitely be back for future services.

I've never written a review but feel it is my honor to tell you what wonderful employees you have. Saturday, March 7, I arrived at your facility one minute prior to closing after a long day of air travel. A dead car battery awaited me and I was able to get a jump. Your men found a suitable battery and installed it so I could continue my 3 hour drive home. They did this without hesitation and with complete kindness. Well done and a huge thank you.

Upon leaving from Firestone to drive home I found on Sunday that my fuel intake hose was punctured. I immediately called Firestone assuming the damaged happened while on the lift. I was then told this damage was not caused by Firestone and the service manager Rob hung up the phone when we tried to dispute how this cannot be. We did file a claim with corporate and will no longer be having any of our vehicles serviced at Firestone’s. We did speak to Tj later when scheduling our tow who said they were going to replace the part (they did not call to inform us) but It would take 7-10 days to get here. After all of that back and forth I do not feel confident having Firestone take care of my vehicle or others. If I could leave a 0 I would.
