I previously allowed people to work on my car outside this shop and was told to replace unnecessary parts. The Lord lead me to this shop and not only were they far from what the negative reviews said they got to the source and was truly a blessing through the whole process! I am so thankful to the two young men who not only let me know what was wrong - but also resolved the issue within minutes of being there! May the Lord bless this place and their workers. This will be my new go to spot!

Had a weird issue going on with my car, called about 10 different mechanics, all of which were booked out for weeks. Brought my car down to Dott's Garage and they looked at it right away and fixed the issue in under 2 hours and at an insanely good price. They also recharged my battery to make sure it was good to go. They are now my new mechanic. Also, no one tried to up sell me additional stuff I didn't need which is always nice. People stop going to these over priced chain mechanic shops that are only looking to fill their pockets with your money and go to Dott's where they actually care about their work and solving issues.

Needed some last-minute work done on my car so I reached out to Dotts garage and Gabe Let me in right away. Once I arrived, both Joe and Gabe greeted me very nicely and I took a seat while waiting for my car to be finished. I Learned that Gabe is the new owner and felt instantly reassured that my car was going to be in good hands. Inspections are also at a great price, and they offer all different kinds of services. I decided moving forward that this is the garage in which I will be having all my cars serviced and I will no longer be going to dealership.

Staff took me in without an appointment for a New York State inspection. They were as pleasant as could be, and very nice and accommodating. The woman at the front desk was also very nice. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Will definitely keep them in mind for future service needs as should you. Please give them a try.
