DeNooyer Chevrolet Service

You don’t get many stars today and I think you can do much better. I showed up on time at 2:00 for an oil change and tire rotation. Someone didn’t check ahead of time to make sure the right parts were ordered, so I ended up waiting and waiting. Eventually, someone went to get the right oil filter. I didn’t get out of there until 4:45 and then was stuck in rush hour traffic. Took forever to get home. Your waiting room is aptly named and it is also too warm. The part of the building where the salesmen are is cooler but apparently no one cares about the comfort of your service customers. Also, no one wants to hear the crappy music playing in there. It was terrible and I consider listening to that to be torture. For goodness sakes, change it. I’m not even mentioning the fact that the water machine was busted. Cameron in service was okay considering the circumstances. I like calm, reasonable people. I will come back to see if any changes have been made and the only reason I will do so is because I like Kevin, the service manager. He’s also a calm and reasonable person.

Was in and out quickly, my service advisor Cameron was outstanding! Very friendly and accommodating. The waiting area was clean, had beverages and food available for customers and was a great touch. Nice work on all fronts DeNooyer!

I always have a good experience going to denoyer. But this time, I was told information that wasn't correct. I have extended warranty.I was told that my brakes and rotors need to be fixed. It wasn't under policy. That was fine.I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something that needed to be taken care of through them. But going to get that done the rotors and brakes. I can still hear the loud humming noise. I feel it's the Rear differential that's making the noise. I feel as though no one took the car out to drive it over forty miles to hear the noise. Then, just told me that it was the breaks, and the rotors in the back. Not very happy with denoyer right now. But i love my car! Have a nice day! Kevin is the 👌 best!

The service department was amazing. They were all very kind and willing to help with something I didn’t have an appointment for. They were as quick as they could be and efficient. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism everyone had.

Darryl was great to deal with. Very thorough- called before during and after. Great communication. Came in an a price deal and loved the service I got ! Had to use Lyft because they were backed up, it was seamless and appreciated. Thanks again.
