I believe his name was Jimmy but to us he was our hero. Picked me and the kids up after an accident and was so nice and professional. The office staff was also helpful when I cleaned out my car.

Blanky - my driver was amazing. He was patience, informative and professional. He waited for me to find a location that had my tire size and provided detailed information about services. Hopefully people on the team strive to bring the same level of service he does.

If there were a rating below zero, that would be great. They towed my vehicle on a Friday, and I went to pick it up the next day. They lost my keys and told me to come back on Monday to ask all the employees. Turns out, I went back on Tuesday, and they never gave me my keys. On top of that, I had to pay over $1,000 for the days it was stored. I had to get a new key made, and who resolved this for me? NO ONE! Be careful with your vehicles and keep your keys safe.
