My EV battery discharged faster than normal due to -10°C weather and we were stranded on the side of the Thruway less than 3 miles from home. We called Dawson's and they dispatched Jimmy to tow us. He was super professional and gently put the car on flatbed. Then when we got to the charger, he made sure to stay with us I untill we were able to get the charger connected. He had to reposition the car a few times. He was so patient, helpful, and concerned for our safety. After all of that, he absolutely refused to take a tip despite our repeated encouragement. He would not even accept a cup of coffee. I highly recommend Dawson's Towing!!!

From the dispatcher to the final drop off I cant thank Dawsons enough .I was traveling north on 87 when my rear tire blew on my motorcycle and a passerby stopped to help. I called and was transferred to thru authority who then had me in touch with Dawson dispatcher. She was great and a warm voice on the other end of phone telling me driver Logan would be out in 25 min. Within 5 min later Logan called my phone to confirm location. Only obligation to get me off the highway and safe was explained. Next 23 min later the Dawson truck with beautiful lights and state of the Art truck pulled up with room for my things. I assisted on getting the bike up and strapped down and off the highway we go. Logan dropped us off at the Harley Davidsons dealership and then offered to get me to a place to stay. Now I'll tell you its 1 am in the morning and Dawson took care of my girlfriend and I over the top service and kindness. Handled my motorcycle with respect and care. Dawson's needs to give Logan and dispatcher a pat on the back or dinner or both. I couldn't give a big enough tip or shout out to company. Thanks Again all at Dawson's

Had to have my SUV towed on a Saturday after hitting a turkey on I-87. Trooper called for the tow, and it was there very fast, the guy was super nice and waited for us to finish with the insurance company. Was easy to contact them while they had the car and they were beyond pleasant. We don't live in the area but would highly recommend them.

I live off McElroy Road in Ballston Lake. One of your tow trucks just went by my house doing about 70 mph and it's a 45 mph speed zone. It is 5:30PM on 6/29/26 I'm sure you track your drivers so you can pinpoint exactly who it is. Next time I'll be calling the police and sharing my video cameras.

I’d like to thank the Operator (Levi) For his professionalism getting the vehicle on the truck with no damage more than that was already caused by the accident. Reasonably priced was there way faster than I thought dropped off to next destination where the rest will be taken care of Thank you guys again for all your help
