I scheduled a tow for the next day because my car broke down. They told me to leave a key at the cohoes office when they were open at 8:00 in the morning. Got at the office and they weren't there. Called the main line and they said they would need to try and get someone out there. They also said I needed to pay upfront which wasn't mentioned at all when I was booking it originally so I had to hurry up and do that. I decided to go out back to the car and drop the key off there instead of waiting around. It was $260 (250 + $9 fee they charge) to tow my car 10 miles if you're interested in a general cost of what it was. They got the job done which is good but their communication was a little lackluster.

Had a carrier bearing on the driveshaft go bad got shut down by the DOT in Troy, New York and the guy at TNT were the only ones able to help me out. They were friendly got me right in did the repair and got me out it was a simple repair, but I really appreciate those guys for helping me out. Highly recommend TNT. They’re fast, courteous, and just friendly people.

I called ahead and talked to someone on Thursday (see pictures) and she told me to hold so she could check with her supervisor about helping me with an inspection for my Moms car. She said they could if I took the car down on Saturday morning between 7-9am. So I took my car down to TT on Saturday at 7:30am and nobody was there. There was a sign in the door saying to call a number for assistance so I called. The woman who answered was not the most pleasant from the start. She put me on hold for 5 minutes and the came back to the phone to tell me she was sorry but nobody was working today. When I tried to figure out what happened she literally wouldn’t let me get a word in and got loud and very rude stating I was wrong and that it if I needed help I had to come back Monday. I was shocked at how combative and rude she was. I would never do business with this place again.
