If I could give ten stars I would!! I had to wait to get my truck in here snd it was well worth the wait! From the start, they were very thorough and helpful working in conjunction with the insurance company and enterprise as well. I could not have asked for a better experience! Especially during the hectic holidays, they worked to get my truck done on time, working efficiently. They kept in touch with me texting all the time! I appreciate everyone at this place for all the care that went into my truck! THANK YOU!!

Terrible experience! Here’s my story. My car was dropped off at their facility after minor damage from another vehicle hitting my back end. The estimated time for repair was four days. For some reason, four days turned into eight. On the eighth day, as part of the final “calibrations”, they did something wrong and triggered the car’s warning system. Not being able to fix it themselves, they told me they had to take it to a dealership for fixing that problem. Though I was told it would be brought to the dealership either on that Friday or the following Monday, it never was. It wasn’t brought over until the following Thursday. The dealership had to order a part which delayed the repair until the following Wednesday. I picked it up that Wednesday and took it home only after test driving it to make sure the alarm system and gate controls were functioning. So a four day repair had turned into three weeks! BUT THERE’S MORE!! When I got home, I discovered a long scratch across a piece of molding on the new gate. I was livid! I completely lost it! My poor wife was worried for my health, seeing me that way. After this lengthy, stressful, very upsetting experience, there was still obvious damage to the gate that was never repaired! I just couldn’t believe it. I was in such bad shape that I had to take a couple hours to calm down so I could drive reasonably safely. At the facility, it was seen that not only was the scratch actually a crack in the molding, but there was also a very large crack in another plastic section on the underside of the gate. They ordered replacement pieces and I returned the following week for a two-hour replacement repair. The original four days had now turned into nearly a month. Not only that, but they charged my insurance company over $2,000 for the dealership “diagnostics” despite the fact that the problem was by THEM and not by the accident. Completely Horrible!

This shop went above and beyond, highly recommend! The team made the process as smooth as possible and made an unfortunate accident with a deer sting just a little bit less. Jose provided consistent, clear communication, and the text updates were frequent but not overboard. I dropped it off after hours and got immediate notification the next morning that Will had started to evaluate my vehicle for the insurance estimate which was completed in prompt and timely manner. Joe did a fantastic job on the body work! He was able to match the grille I had previously upgraded to and installed before the deer wrecked it, he is clearly highly knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. I live on a dirt road so it’s not often that I see my car as squeaky clean as Mike made it when I returned to pick it up this morning. I’m very impressed with how professional, hard working, and organized the team was even with the holiday rapidly approaching. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs services the shop can provide!

Never Never Never put your vehicle here if your car has more features!I had a minor car accident in February, I dropped off my car here for convenience, because the body shop was recommended by the insurance company, but the nightmare began. 19 days later, the body shop called me to pick up my car, but I found out that the engine light was on, the hood sensor light was on, and the lights on the steering wheel buttons and horn were not working. The staff explained to me that the hood sensor was broken, but since it wasn't related to the collision, they wouldn't fix it. They said the other issues were due to lack of specialized equipment and advised me to go to a dealership to reset the programming, claiming that would fix the problem. So, I went to the dealership and spent $47 repaired a new hood sensor, but the problem persisted. I realized the issue wasn't as simple as they claimed. At the same time, I also noticed that the passenger-side headlight replaced by the body shop felt odd; it didn't illuminate well in front but was bright on the side. The staff tried readjusting it, but it didn't work. Whatever, at this point, I only care about the engine issue; I don't care about anything else. So, I complained to the insurance company about the vehicle's engine problem. So, the insurance company pushed the body shop send my car to a dealership for a professional inspection. Eventually, the dealership found that the issues were caused by broken wire harness on the collision side. After replacing the wire harness, all the problems were resolved. While I was relieved, it also meant that I had wasted $47 buying the hood sensor unnecessarily, because the dealership wouldn't refund it. But fortunately, the dealership found an issue with the newly replaced passenger-side headlight - the daytime running light wasn't working, and it couldn't be repaired. The insurance company agreed to purchase an original factory headlight to replace the poor-quality aftermarket headlight bought by the Caliber Collision. (It broke in less than two weeks, luckily within the 30-day warranty period, thankfully it broke quickly). As a result, the body shop replaced a defective factory headlight but refused to adjust the gaps on the left and right sides of the hood. I'm very confused. This body shop doesn't seem to have professional skills. They have to send any slightly complex issues back to the dealership for repair "It means you'll have to spend more money dealing with rental cars.", they also can't even handle basic bodywork issues. If you told your insurance company the truth said your car wasn't fully repaired, the body shop supervisor will be very angry. How did they manage to get such high ratings? Did costumes inspect their vehicles when they picked cars up? Please guess how much they charged the insurance company for my minor accident? Over $9,000 and it still wasn't fully fixed. It was a robbery. By the way, if the owner leaves you a message asking you to send your feedback to the manager's email address, they are putting on a show online for other customers to see, because no one reply to you at all.
