I think I got Arnie on a bad day. 2 Stars because the place is in business. I believe I may have reminded Arnie of a past girlfriend so he just went off on me saying I was rude and that no one will deal with me. All I asked was for him to see me car in the back lot instead of the busy Mohawk traffic. He may be good but I will be going to Keilens in Latham it's a safer location and no building problems.
View on GoogleIf you’re willing to wait, this place has some great service with very reasonable prices. I got new tires, used rims, and a full wheel alignment, took about 3 weeks though. To be fair, my car was undrivable and in the parking lot next to the shop so they also had to figure out how to bring it over. My car has been driving great with no problems for a few weeks now, so I can confidently say they did a great job, and again at a very good price.
View on GoogleIf you're looking for a good and honest mechanic with excellent customer service, then this is the shop to go to. I came in with a broken tail light, and while they had to order the part, it took only a day to get. Once they got the part, it only took them a couple of hours to replace it, and I was back on the road the same day. Can't recommend enough.
View on GoogleMy experience was very pleasant and satisfying. Had an accident and couldn't find a body shop that would deal my insurance. Found Mendozas and took he took my vehicle right away. Withing a few days I got my car back looking like new. Most importantly, has great customer service! I Highly recommend this shop!!!
