Car was repaired there and will never return for anything ever again. Roof damage was fix there on a fairly new car. They returned the car fixed but did not completely attach both sun visors, seat belt or side airbags. All of this equipment popped out while driving home. Did a U-turn came back and no one would be able to touch the car until Monday. They probably out source this work. On Monday the was taken in for an additional day and all the wacky stuff was fixed. Will never return and I do not recommend this shop to anyone. If those airbags had gone off we could have been hit in the face pretty hard. Lastly they left smudges all on the roof’s interior…I noticed it but my wife hasn’t yet. It’s her car and right now I just don’t wanna hear any more yelling about how much she strongly dislikes this place.

Excellent work on our new Lexus GX 550 that was hit by a tree. They cleaned the car great and paint job was fantastic. There were some additional delays on parts but they worked to communicate that and the estimate was maintained with no extra costs. Definately will use again.

My vehicle ended up being a total loss so it wasn't fixed here but in the process of doing an estimate and contacting me to keep me updated, the staff was very helpful and courteous.

The team at Gerber is so kind and helpful, I can’t recommend them enough! I recently had some collision repair work done on my car and in the repair process, my spare tire was accidentally left out of the car. I didn’t notice myself, but when the shop realized they had the tire they immediately reached out and apologized, and offered to do my snow tire change for free when I went to pick up the spare. Throughout the process they were responsive, and they were very informative and patient with teaching me a few things about the car.

Although my car wasn’t able to be repaired I’m super glad I chose gerber! The insurance quoted a new bumper and fender for under $2k. A lazy shop would slap it on and let me walk but they uncovered frame and radiator damage when it was removed and had to total it but it’s the best thing for my family. Also very understanding when we had to unload it. Although it was parked in a tree and not startable 😆 oh and this Honda odyssey took a shot and my son was safe when a lady blew a red light into him to him turning. Airbags deployed in her car only. She was issued a ticket. He was safe.
