Clifton Park Tire @ The Garage

We had a sudden car issue and haven't really been all that happy with the service at the dealership. This seemed a great opportunity to try the "place up the road" from us. I checked their reviews online and people seem to rave about them. Having never met me before, they squeezed me in with an appointment and handled everything with my car on the same day. Everyone was so nice and the front area is immaculate. They explained the problem extremely well and answered all of my questions, even when I had more questions later. The quote was so reasonably priced, and in the end they were able to save me some money (because of the specific circumstances with the cars issue). I was so please with them before they'd even finished with the sedan that I'd already begun to talk with them about our SUV - and I'll be making an appointment to bring that to them as well. Spectacular experience from start to finish and didn't burn a hole in our bank account. Most definitely our new go-to for our vehicles. I can't say enough great things about this place and the staff!

Even better, they got everything done the same day, which was a huge relief. The shop itself was super clean and well-organized, which says a lot about how they run their business. Emily at the front desk was especially helpful—she’s very knowledgeable about cars and took the time to walk me through my options. She even helped me choose a great set of tires for when I’m ready to replace mine in a few months. Overall, amazing service, fair pricing, and genuinely kind people. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

This is definitely my new go to shop! Stopped in and was immediately at ease. The woman at the front desk, im horrible with names sorry, is awesome!! Worked up a qoute for me for brakes and usual oil change, inspection, blah blah. Got me setup for an appointment the following Saturday. I dropped my car the night before. Turns out I did not need breaks and they were honest about it!!! Most shops would've done them just to get the money and tacked on a few more things. I was thrilled. They sent the qoute to my phone so I could see what was going on. Love that!! Then she called to let me know what was going on immediately! Such a great shop! Highly recommend. The rest of my family will be using this shop from now on. Thank you CP Tire!!

Clifton Park Tire was a huge relief—they quoted me around $1,000 for quality tires, which made a big difference for me. The entire team was extremely professional and easy to work with. Emily at the front desk was especially amazing—her communication was clear, she took the time to explain everything, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. She also let me know that I’ll need brakes soon and even gave me a very fair price for when I’m ready to do that. It was refreshing walking into a shop and seeing women up front, and the overall environment felt welcoming and honest. Compared to other places I’ve tried, this was by far the best experience.
