Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I’ll tell yah these guys are as solid as a pit crew but I ain’t gotta pay nascar prices. You can’t fake the comradely of the working class either you build good culture or you build miserable culture. Everyone had a smile and worked swiftly with great competence. Whoever the boss man is take notice you gotta get these fine employees raises!

I have never felt so respected for anything regarding cars as I did going to Valvoline. As a woman, I am always hesitant and worried people will try to upsell me or wont respect me, but the complete opposite happened here. The employees all had outstanding positive attitudes and were friendly and good humored. The work done on my car was phenomenal. It was the best experience for an oil change or anything related to cars I have ever had. I cannot possibly rate them highly enough. If 10 stars was an option, I would give all 10. Thank you to the amazing team at Valvoline in Chili, and I seriously look forward to my next oil change.

This was my first time going, and it was the quickest, yet most thorough oil change appointment I’ve ever had. The employees were very nice, it was a great experience! I will definitely come back for every oil change from now on!

Chili location: Every person I encountered was pleasant and professional. Willing to answer all of my questions. The manger was super helpful and appeared to be running a pretty tight ship!
