Complete Auto Repair

I have been taking all our family cars here for over 15 years. You will not find a more reasonably priced repair shop. They are honest, helpful and very accommodating. You just can't find this kind of customer service anywhere else. The newer building has a nice waiting room if you can't drop off and come back. Erney is the absolute best but the rest of the staff is just as nice. If you are in need of just regular service or something more extensive this is the place you can trust.

My parents have been going to Complete Auto Repair for over 20 years & when I started driving, I naturally began bringing my car(s) there as well. Ernie, the owner, is amazing—he’s always there to help me out, even on short notice & I truly appreciate his honesty & expertise. Ezra, who I assume is his second in command, is just as helpful & knowledgeable. No matter the issue, they always take the time to explain things thoroughly & make sure my car is in top shape. The entire team is reliable & I trust them completely, which is hard to find in a mechanic. Their commitment to quality service & customer care keeps me coming back & I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

They're extremely expensive they take extremely long and their work is extremely questionable (very bad) One of these is acceptable All of them while being expensive is unbelievable highly recommend you find a better place and please let me know when you do find one Thank you

We have been bringing our car to Ernie for more than 8 years. When the shop had the smaller building, we felt that our issues were taken care of. Once they moved into the new, larger building, we noticed funny things were happening. We took the cars 2x per year to the shop with the instructions fix everything, so that we can be on the road safely for 6 months. On more than one occasion, a problem would either develop within a week, necessitating our bringing the car back. This last time, in July 2025, we brought the car in with the same instructions. Less than 48 hours later the engine began overheating. The engine completely overheated. We had it towed to a very reliable shop for repair.a friend has gone to for 40 years They told us that our car mechanic should have seen the problem. It was clear that there was a major problem with the cooling system. The car died for good 72 hours after having it checked completely at Ernie's. We called Ernie. He said he had checked it himself and didn't see anything wrong. He could care less. We lost trust. He lost our business.

Hands down the best for auto repair in Rockland County. Ernie has a great shop and is a pleasure to deal with. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and knowledgeable techs.
