Nick drove the car in reverse and then forward to maneuver along the West 12th street to the flatbed truck parked along Washington Street where the space was more accessible for public... other cars to get by safely. Smart. Thank you Nick! Thank you to the team and Julia for coordinating so I was ready. Tedesco Auto body has the car now.

The only place that would tow me at my time of need. Came out fairly quickly and even drove me to my hotel until they got my truck fixed. I’m a trucker from Connecticut and it was nice to know I was in good hands with Big Tow. Friendly staff and fairly quickly repair as well! I don’t know her name but the boss lady was on point with everything! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

These guys are the real deal. Its not every day you find honest businesses like this, especially in trucking. 12:30am last night one of my drivers called about his driveshaft that snapped after hitting a bad pothole on I-287. I found these guys on NTTS breakdown and i couldn't be any more satisfied with their service. The tow truck came and towed the truck and trailer to their shop where they detached the truck for us from the trailer (saving our load for our recovery driver) and got right to work first thing in the morning. I called them at 10am the next day asking how many days / weeks we are looking at on repair time, their response “days…? You will be back rolling by lunch time!” They were not lying! I was out of there the same day. Price was extremely fair and every single staff member i spoke with was friendly, respectful and helpful. HUGE thank you to the techs that did the job and test drove before releasing it to me, and a huge thank you to everybody involved in this shops operations! You got a lifetime customer here!

While traveling in my RV I broke down and called for a mobile mechanic! Monica saved me time and money by towing me to big tows so her mechanics could work on it there! She made me feel welcome in her comfortable waiting area and gave me directions to walk to a local bakery! Monica treated me more than fair for her company’s excellent service and I was able to continue my long voyage to North Carolina! Thank you Monica!!!

JJ’s Towing arrived earlier than expected. The phone call with the ETA was very appreciated. The tow operator was extremely efficient and personable. Thankfully, he was able to start my car so that I could take it to the mechanic. He was able to give me information about my car that no one had ever told me before. I have placed his information in my contacts for future reference.
