Quentin and his team were great. They have helped me to have the oil changed in multiple vehicles in my fleet over the last week or so. Always quick, efficient and service with a smile. Joe and Edward were both very personable and friendly.

I am posting this as a factual warning for others. I had my Subaru Impreza serviced here at 151,378 miles. Exactly 27 miles later, at 151,405 miles, the vehicle suffered a total loss of coolant due to a fractured radiator inlet and became inoperable. Despite the immediate nature of the failure and professional diagnostic testimony from a certified repair shop confirming the damage, Valvoline management denied any responsibility. The lack of accountability for a failure that occurred within 30 miles of their technicians touching the cooling system is unacceptable. I am now out $845.72 in repair costs and was without a vehicle for five business days. Advice: If you value your vehicle’s reliability or expect a company to stand behind their service, take your car elsewhere.
