America's Tire

For the first time ever I ran over a screw puncturing a tire on my leased vehicle. I recently noticed a new business conveniently located near my regular shopping area and immediately thought to reach out to them to see if they could accommodate an appointment. I visited their website and easily made an appointment on my phone. The next morning I called just to verify I could not only get the tire patched but also have my tires rotated. I spoke with Tom who was extremely accommodating. He encouraged me to bring the car whenever was convenient for me. I took him up on the offer instead of waiting for my appointment though I was a little worried I wouldn't get in before they were closing at 6:00 p.m. I did leave my house at 5:30 and got there about 5:40. Tom did the assessment and within 15 minutes my car was fixed! While waiting four different employees, including Nathan and 2 others whose names I didn't get, engaged in conversation with me. Very friendly and genuine young men. I'd highly recommend this business. I can't imagine a more positive experience with something as simple as getting my tire plugged, but the assurance that they would take care of the issue and the interactions with everyone there makes it a no-brainer anytime I or anyone I know have tire work - I would immediately think of America's tire in Depew. this was my first time with americas tire, but i will say i am absolutely BLOWN away with the quick service professional and friendly staff and how affordable the tire options were! i will definitely be coming back!
