Basil Ford Collision Center

Great experience at Basil Ford. I was assisted by Bryan at the Collision Center and had my car’s repairs finished two days early! He was great throughout the whole process and I am very pleased with the results. I was also helped by Jeremiah who was walking by when I arrived to pickup my rental, who let me know where I can park and where to go inside to speak with someone about my pickup. The cashier, Joyce, was also very helpful during the checkout, answering all the questions I asked. If you go to Basil Ford, I hope you encounter any of these three great people!

They did a mediocre job repairing my Honda. First, the repairs were delayed by a week. Then, when I picked up car, one of the panels was slightly loose. And ever since Ive picked up my car, I have experienced difficulty unlocking/locking my car despite the battery and fob battery being fairly new. The electrical is still damaged. Ford's reputation with their cars doesn't escape their service.

I brought my vehicle here for collision repair in December, and it has now been over a month since the repair process began. I was originally given a completion date of December 31. Since then, the estimated completion date has changed multiple times (including January 2, January 7, January 8, and now January 9). Each time I followed up, I was told that a new issue had been discovered, which caused another delay. I understand that unexpected issues can happen during repairs, but it has been frustrating that these issues were not identified earlier so the repair timeline could be finalized upfront. This raises a fair question about the initial inspection process whether the vehicle could have been more thoroughly evaluated at the beginning so all required repairs and parts could be identified at once, instead of discovering new problems each time the completion date approached. What has been most difficult is the lack of a clear and reliable completion date. Rather than being told honestly whether the vehicle could be completed, I continued to receive revised dates that were later missed. If the repair cannot be completed, I would appreciate clear communication instead of continued uncertainty and waiting. I Hope that management will review the situation and help bring the repair to completion as soon as possible. I am still hopeful this can be resolved promptly and professionally.

I have given my vehicle repair for twice but they did not finish perfectly. I am not really happy about their service. And they took very long to fix my vehicle. They give me time when will done the repairs work but they give return my vehicle one to two weeks later.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. I was kept informed of progress and my truck was ready when promised. Thank you!
