I don't have enough great things to say about this place, ever since I found them I don't go anywhere else for my car services. Jeremy is a very honest guy, and Kimberly is always on top of updating and letting me know what's going on. Lots of places are in it to get every dollar out of you, this is the opposite. I live in Kenmore and any issue I have I go out of my way to come here. They are as quick as a place can be to fit you in the schedule in a pinch and they truly do amazing work. Thanks for everything guys! I'll be back but hopefully not too soon 😅

I was in need to getting my exhaust replaced and gave Tristar a call, they got me in the same day! Work was perfect and my truck sounds great! Good job!!!

I called the shop and got my Jeep in the same day. I was having trouble with my radiator and coolant leak. The work was completed efficiently and well. I was treated very kindly and they eased my anxieties. I will be returning with any future work needed.

I've been going to Tri Star for several years now and they have been absolutely wonderful. I never have long lead times to get an appointment and I have never been there more than 2 hours when waiting for maintenance on my vehicle. If I drop it off it's done same day. They are very thorough ensuring that they don't recommend things you don't need and have never tried to upsell me on additional services like many major car dealerships. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reputable locally owned repair shop

If your looking for a shop that will definitely take care of your pockets and your vehicle this is the stop, you might as well make this your permanent place , I’m talking excellent service excellent pricing very first time it was my timing chain and water pump everyone pricing was so high I called and Kim and Jeremy and they took excellent care of me and my truck not one of them shops that keep you coming back over and over they are GREAT , Great people GREAT WORK TRUST ME I Thought I would have to park my truck for a while and that wasn’t the case service was excellent and speedy I use to take my truck to basil and they would have my truck for days sometimes weeks for repairs there isn’t another place I rather take my truck Don’t look any further go check them out you won’t regret it..
