Best Tires Repair I have ever seen! Whoever did fix my White Nissan Tires derserve a Raise or a Bonus! Very Professional and be happy to return!

Not happy at all. Originally made an appt online and pre-ordered tires 8 days beforehand, showed up for them to have my car 40 mins and couldn't find my tires on site. I was told I'd get some money off for tire mount cost ($40 off) and some type of gift card for the inconvenience ($40). Needed to reschedule.. cut to the following weekend and they had my car for 3.5 hours, to only put on tires!!! I checked in btwn 1.5 to 2 hours later as the woman at the tire counter said an hour to 1.5 hr wait time. Was told at this point, another hour. Checked in for another time and was told 20 more mins from the mechanic himself. Pretty ridiculous considering this was an appointment made, twice. With huge inconveniences. And all to find now that they also double charged me. Yet another point I mentioned to the woman when she told me I needed to pay at the counter--I explained I had payment on the app as that's where I ordered them but wasnt charged yet. She charged a different card in store. And then the following day I had that online payment process... poor customer service, incompetent communication and adding financial stress that I don't need right now. I've been using Sam's Club for years but this was my first tire experience. And honestly considering canceling my membership if this is how they treat people. I also do not live in the area anymore so I now have to find time to go in person to get a refund through customer service, so I've been told...

Best staff possible and extremely helpful

Horrible! I stopped in August 19, 2022 around noon to get lunch. I received an email that my tire pickup was arrive. I was so excited because it was early despite being told 7-10 business day to arrive to the store. Even better I was just finishing up and went to member services to find out where to pick up my order. I was told to go to curbside pickup. I waited 15 mins for someone to come to me. The employee couldn't find my order. I was then told to go to the tire selection. The email that was sent to me did not specify where to pick up my tires. My tires won't even on the shelf so I had to call another employee over to find it. Finally 20 mins later I got the tires the auto mechanic who found them stated "It's fresh off the plane". He said they wouldn't even tagged so he didn't understand why I was getting a pick up notice. Finally made it over to the service center and I told them to call me when finish. 10 mins later there's an issue. The mechanic took off my lug nut bc it was rusted. So I have only four left on my passenger side front tire. I was told to go to Dunn Tire or Mavis bc they couldn't remove anymore lug nuts just in case the other ones were like that too. The mechanic pointed to the wall said he didn't have the equipment needed to remove my lug nuts. I took my car to a place I used before instead of their suggestions. That place I used was ridiculous as well. Told the owner I had size 19 tires. He told me 80 bucks and then comes out to put them on tells me that they're 19 and then change the price to $120 because I paid with a debit card was charged an extra $10 for tax so it came out to $131.50 to install my tires!!! Anyways I also waited over 15 mins at Member Services to get a $47 refund (I'm a Plus member) for the service I couldn't use. The employee kept asking if I wanted a full refund. No I still needed the tires which she wasn't understanding. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. To fix my lug nut I have to pay an additional $80! Last straw with Sam's Club as soon as Costco opens I'm gone!!!

My experience to Sam's club was very nice I never have a problem when I go to Sam's club the place is clean the people are nice when you talk to them and it's just a nice place to go and do your shopping so I give them a five all right take care okay
