My son got in a serious accident and they came at 2 am to tow the car to their facility. Jason was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process what could have been a nightmare situation for us, especially considering we live in another state. The communication was on point and very caring right up to the end.

I would like to thank Mike, one of the tow driver's, for being an amazing person to me and my children. Being stuck on the side of the New York Thruway at 10pm he was a great comfort. He then went out of his way to get us to a safe place for the night. Thank you so much for being the person you are. This place is awesome. We are from Ontario and had a tire issue and we’re sent to them for our repair. They were so welcoming and accommodating and had us on our way in no time. What a great team. Thank you again.

I was the victim of a "hit and run". I asked that my repair be done specifically so that importance was placed on the safety of my vehicle while not focusing as much on appearance since my car is older and I am not a millionaire. My expectations were exceeded in both respects. The car looks beautiful and cost me less than I dreamed to hope for.
