i will never go to any other auto shop unless this one closes down and i absolutely have to! Everyone that works here is so amazing, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I know close to nothing about cars but when something doesn’t sound/look/feel right they help me get to the bottom of it and fix that issue immediately in great time and for a great cost! They keep you up to date about everything and don’t do anything other than what has been discussed. If they see something else that may need to be dealt with or repaired they will let you know and go from there they won’t just fix it and charge you tons of money at check out without talking to you first. I’ve never felt ripped off or swindled ever! The price and service is great every. single. time. The people here really do everything they can in their power to help you. Very honest, upfront, and genuine people which is almost impossible to find at any other auto shop. If you don’t come here for vehicle needs I swear you’re missing out!

This place has me as a forever customer. When calling in, they had great customer service and was very friendly. I spoke with Sam (I believe that’s his name) the day I had the work done and he was funny, friendly and honest. I do Uber so my car takes a bit of damage but this place did not try to up overcharge or sell me something I didn’t need. They were EXTREMELY honest and that’s hard to find in an auto shop. Also my car feels amazing! Also, they fixed my issue in less that 1 day.

I have been taking my vehicles and my family's vehicles here for years. Jim is an honest and competent mechanic. He doesn't try to upsell you. He fixes what needs to be fixed and gives you recommendations on what may need to be fixed in the future. I have always been extremely happy with his knowledge and professionalism. I drive Uber and when any of my passengers are talking about car repairs I always recommend Renner and Wilecki service. Heck even my mom goes here! And if it's good enough for Mom it's good enough for you! If I could rate him 10 stars out of five I would. Hands down the best place to take your car for maintenance and repair in the Buffalo area.
