I went there with a flat tire and they said it was repairable and they plugged and sealed it from the inside and that it will “outlast the tire”. I paid and took my car home. Next morning I come out and it’s completely flat again. Ridiculous.

Brought my car in for a slow leak tire. They found it fixable, and we're able to repair it. They did not try to upsell me to just get four new tires or even one new tire. They explained a lot and were very kind. Overall my experience was great.

Charles made my day today! After finding out I had a flat, rear tire and had driven on it not knowing (my car’s computer failed me), Charles was able to check and see if it could be patched. Of course there was a piece of metal cutting across the tread and since I had been driving on it, I had worn the side wall as well. Knowing I would need new tires in about 5 months to pass inspection, I was needing to make that hefty purchase NOW! Charles worked with me to find the best tires for my price range and my new tires were done in an hour. Thank goodness they were just finishing some work and were able to take care of my car right away. Excellent customer service and pleasant to work with. Thank you

Go to any other location. Took my 2016 Ram 1500 truck in for a metallic rubbing noise, shop called and said technician diagnosed the issue and recommended new front pads and rotors. Still had the exact same issue. So I took it back for them to accuse me of driving around with my E-brake on. No light on for it and just an easy way to shift blame for not properly doing their job. Still have the metalic noise. Go to ANY other location. You won’t get helped here. Second time I’ve been disappointed by the exact same shop.

Five stars for the service at the Depew, NY location. 1 star for the cost of the 2 tires I purchased in store being 1/3rd more expensive than quoted on Goodyear’s website. Long story short, if you book online for 3-4 days ahead, you can get much better pricing. Same day appointment via phone call to their call center, add $250 to the cost you’ll see online. Learned my lesson, will not be looking for same day service again.
