They did complete the job we called them for — loading a forklift — but the pricing experience was frustrating. When I called that morning, I explained that we usually budget around $850 for this type of work (understanding prices have gone up), but the quoted price was $1,145. The driver arrived about 1.5 hours later and then said there would be additional charges because items were blocking the forklift, bringing the total to $3,626, with the possibility of more charges if the job exceeded 3 hours. The customer moved everything out of the way, and the forklift was placed in the middle of the lot within about 30 minutes. After that, the company revised the price again to $1,717 if we still wanted them to continue. In the end, they got the job done, but be prepared for costs to increase throughout the process and for charges to add up quickly. Even our driver commented that it felt like they were stretching out the time and costs. Also worth noting: they told our driver he could not leave until payment was made or they would call the police, even though we paid within 8 minutes of receiving the cost. From the paperwork I signed before loading, I understood there was supposed to be a 30-minute window for payment.

I had a great experience. Billy was my mechanic he showed up early and was okay with me leaving to finish up my other tasks. Sent me pictures and videos on everything he completed. Would definitely use him again

Personally, I couldn’t be happier more Recently, I called to have an airbag replaced on a Kenworth T680 they came out that day fixed it in my yard communicated the entire time even sent follow up. Texts the next day. Would recommend 10 out of 10 times

We had an emergency breakdown and was able to limp to the shop. Between the after-hours crew with Jimmy and the weekend day crew of Stacy and our mechanic they were all absolutely Fabulous!! Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area that needs diesel work done! Thank you Team!!!
