I hit a deep pot hole late on a Friday night and it ended up damaging both passenger side wheels. I was able to contact Just Tow It and within 10 minutes, Ricky showed up to help me. He was extremely professional, kind, and polite which helped calm me down a lot. He let me ride with him and wait in the waiting room of the shop until my ride came and I felt safe with him the whole time. The next day, Joe called me three times to give me the prognosis of my car and give me periodic updates and realistic expectations regarding the damage. He did a fantastic job fixing the issue and also changed my oil and was able to install a new battery. I was amazed by the service and attention to detail. I've already been raving about this place to family and friends. I highly recommend contacting them if you ever have an issue and need immediate roadside assistance.

Had a great experience buying my Chrysler 300S from Alex at Just Tow It. He was honest, helpful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The car was in excellent condition—brand new brakes and tires, and under the hood was spotless. Alex showed great hospitality and manners throughout the whole process. I wish I could give them 20 stars everything about their service was phenomenal! From the first call to the communication with the tow truck driver! Aaron was so awesome and went above and beyond to tow my vehicle and get it in my back yard! After hours of local tow trucks stuffing me!!!! Aaron came thru like Superman! the price was so reasonable I was actually shocked! I will never waste my time on another local tow truck company again! PS ..AAA sucks and are not worth a penny!

Used Just Tow It to move some rather obscure equipment. They were great and extremely helpful! Great communication, on time and very efficient. I will definitely remember them next time I need a tow.
