I have to give five stars to Five Star, without ever seeing me before or knowing me from anyone else, the very first time bringing my car in for an inspection they treated me like a lifelong friend. I had just failed an inspection from a shop that wanted to gouge the cost of the repairs I needed and after doing the work on the vehicle myself, I had expressed the concerns I still had. Instead of taking advantage of me, which they totally could have as I was desperate and out of time, they gave me a thorough inspection, outstanding advice and only charged me for the inspection fair and square. I now have the vehicle basically as good as new thanks to Five Star and their invaluable insight and any time I've bitten off more than I can chew they're my first choice for an auto shop. Im not a mechanic but these guys are 100% and I can't thank them enough for their honesty and thorough service!

Hi. Im.not sure what 5 Star Automotive Mr. Patrick Shul is referring, but the 5 Star Automotive in Cheektowaga i went to is not the experienced I had. The owners were friendly courteous and professional. I informed Ron whatever needed to be done and money was no concern. With that being said, after Ron did a complete inspection on my truck, he let me know the things I needed right away and the things that could wait. I appreciated that because most places would have taken advantage of that. They stand behind their work and I would recommend them to anyone! Ron and his wife have integrity and run an upstanding business. I will come back time and time again.

This shop is horrible, first off they left the cabin air filter out from behind the glove box after we refused the work stated needed, stated the wiper blades needed to be replaced, (new ones were installed 1 month ago) and now have a rip in the wiper blades on the drivers side. New battery was installed 2 months ago and they were trying to charge to clean the battery, charged over 24$ for one lug nut. And 200 for the diagnosis of the transmission to be told that a calibration was needed. Said we needed new brakes and rotors for surface rust. Tried to charge over 3,000 total for work not needed. Highly unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND! To add to the fact your reply shows the kind of man you are, you tried to take advantage of a woman grieving during the recent loss of our step father, I have not worked on her vehicle since purchasing the car.People will be able to see the response and the way you treat people. When it comes to my family, you’re right I will speak up and show up when needed. You sir are a disgrace to the automotive industry and trying to take advantage of the people coming to your shop. Assuming you need money to pay for the renovations still not complete on your shop, absolutely disgusting the way you do business, no surprise you had to put it in your wife’s name. Good luck scamming people in the future!

If I can give this man a zero I would the owner's name is Frank we are trying to go over there to get the car fixed he told us that we needed to get the subframe off of our car so he can get to the canister which is in the back of the car by the rear tire on the driver side we had a real professional check it out no such a thing as needed we paid a real professional a hundred bucks to put a canister on the back end of our car SX4 when we got the car back cuz Frank was trying to charge us $220 which he didn't because he damaged our car but a friend of ours repaired our car at the repair shop where they repair cars so he never charged us but Frank wanted to get that $220 just for running a smoke test I contacted Frank today and he was yelling at me on the phone I said I'll give you a chance to apologize for trying to run scam I don't believe that this is a reputable business and may the angel of God judge this business into the ground may he be exposed for not being fruitful in this land we are going to search and see if we can report him to the better Business bureau or the vehicle motor vehicle department he will tell them everything that we said and everything that he said if it is possible please people don't go to this mechanical shop they price gouge like nobody's business I pray that they sent an investigator undercover to go see the fruits of this man's work that's why he redid his building and build a two-story building because he's ripping people off like he tried to do me in my family he was going to charge us almost $1,000 including the $220 so well over $1,000 just to replace a canister that goes in the back the knob subframe or anything needs to be done to I thank God for the opportunity to warn others the innocence of this world people who work hard for their money and then you have the scam artist mechanics shame on you Frank and may God judge you according to his will to put your business out out of production I say this as an elder in the kingdom of God has the scripture says you never know when you entertain angels unaware in our business that God has blessed us with we do great business integrity principal in character you should practice that Frank instead of paying for your reviews

Needed a muffler/exhaust replacement done so I called just for an estimate. They started looking for parts right away and when they couldn't find any due to national back order, the owner, Ron, got right to work on MAKING a new exhaust pipe for me. They actually let me see what was wrong with my car and pointed out where the dealership tried to fool me. Very friendly and very honest. Needless to say I'll be taking my car to them from now on. 11/10 across the board. Thanks for the amazing work!!
