I had a really positive experience here. Every employee was exceptionally courteous and polite. My oil change and tire rotation were completed in just 45 minutes. The waiting area was comfortable, with popcorn, apples, water, light snacks, TVs, and a computer station. I was especially impressed with the staff’s friendliness. I’ll definitely return.
View on GoogleI understand long waits. But specifically said I had an appointment at 430 and I needed to leave by 4 and he said it would be between 1.5 hours- 2 hours. Fine said I was going to get food and come back. I come back at about the 2 hour mark cause still hadn't had a call to find out they hadn't even taken my car back because he "misunderstood and thought he had more time". I'm not sure how I was misunderstood when I said I had to leave by a specific time. Then I'm told they won't pass my inspection without new tires which will had half an hour. Don't tell someone you can make something happen if you can't. I understand the tires need to be done but had you actually taken my car back when you should have I would have known this in advance. I'm now late for my appointment. Oh and they say they'll get you a shuttle but the shuttle is even here!!!
View on GoogleThis was a really good experience. Every single employee was extra courteous and polite. Oil change and tire rotation in 45 minutes. Waiting area had popcorn, apples, water and other light snacks. They even had a computer area and tv's. Comfortable seating too. I was most impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I will return.
View on GoogleService was extremely slow. I was advised about a hour wait for a oil change,tire rotation, and Inspection. 3 hours later my vehicle was finally ready. I then realized they never performed the inspection. Very disappointed with the service. I watched the tech work on the truck for 2 minutes, then walk away for 20 mins multiple times. I am not typically someone who posts, but this was extremely bad service
