Hit a deer with my 21 Durango and bill took great care of me and my vehicle right down to helping us out with a loaner. Picked up my Durango and couldn’t even tell it had been in accident!!! Would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Thank you bill for everything!

I hit a deer with my new truck. I took the truck to McCourts Collision. He did an excellent job repairing my truck. He is great to deal with and he dealt with the insurance companies nightmares. I highly recommend McCourts Auto Collision, take your vehicle to him if it is damaged. Pros. Great workmanship, communication, makes things go smoothly. Cons. No cons with McCourts auto collision. Overall Cons. Having a new truck, parts availability for new vehicle, dealing with insurance company for hidden damages on vehicle. Best advice I can give is do not send photos to insurance company. Get an estimate through a repair shop first.(McCourts) If you send photos to insurance company you will have to have a battle with insurance company for any hidden damages to your vehicle. The insurance company goes off photos you have taken of the damages to your vehicle. The insurance company I had was Progressive.

After hitting a deer I had to decide on who to bring my truck to so that it could get fixed. Thankfully I chose McCourts Auto Collision because they have it looking just like it was when I got it off the lot! As soon as I got my truck down there they got to work on it as fast as they could and got it back to me. I am very pleased with the work and the lifetime warranty that comes with it. Thank you Bill!

He was paid by the insurance company THREE YEARS AGO and finally we dropped the car off all for a piece of trim. TWO MONTHS LATER we go there and absolutely nothing was done except and HUGE scratch down the side that wasn't there before. All he said is "oh I'll do right by you" he clearly is a fraud and doesn't care about people. DO NOT GO HERE
