Honestly had a really good experience with these guys. Kyle was nice to deal with and helped me find the tire I needed for my ‘22 Elantra. They mounted 4 snow tires for me. Did a front end alignment, and oil change. Prices were also very reasonable and their communication with me was superb. Will be coming back for more work in the future!! Thank you ☺️

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Hubertus for close to 10 years now and have never had an issue. Every year Kyle and Joe work with me to get my Jeep inspected, do my oil changes and any time I pop a tire I go to them. I’m comfortable with them, they’re always friendly. They get my repairs done in a timely manor (always that day) and keep me updated every step of the way. They’re a local business that I fully support and I intend on taking my vehicles there as long as their doors open. Today I took my Jeep in for an inspection, 2 new tires and to get my check engine light figured out. I took it to them in the morning at 8 am and was driving home by lunch time. Thanks guys! See ya for my next oil change.
View on GoogleWould not recommend them for any service whatsoever. Been in business for 70 years and towing for probably just as long. Would rather screw you to line their pockets than actually be helpful. Seeing the owner and employees post a 5 star review claiming these bad reviews are false should tell you everything you need to know. Story time below. My car was in an accident. The police were involved and they called local tow companies. My wife was the driver and just accepted the tow from hubertus (no paperwork signed for any agreements). They dropped it off where we asked and I figured all was well. Reported this to the insurance company so hubertus can get paid. I get a phone call a few days later from hubertus asking for payment, I tell him it's an insurance claim(they know since it was an accident) and they will be paying the bill. He also explained the shop it went to is closed( I knew, it's my uncle's shop down the street from them) and they can do the repairs, I said I'd consider it but I'm waiting to hear back about the insurance adjuster coming out.I call my insurance company to verify they are sending payment amongst other questions. I did everything by the books. I get a call the next day asking about the tow bill again. The older gentleman was getting a more aggressive saying he's gotta pay his driver, fuel etc and doesn't appreciate non payment. I understand a business needs to get paid they know it's coming from the insurance company. I also think if he's not paying his driver, he's not getting business and is going to cut corners on my repair. I talked to some of my friends and family and they say to avoid them at all costs ( install used parts instead of new, sell a truck that wouldn't pass inspection amongst other horror story's). I get a voicemail everyday asking for payment, I got fed up with it and had my wife call thinking my explanation isn't clear enough and she can explain the situation more clear to the guy. Again, he claims he understands and this goes on for a week. I finally have the adjuster come out and decide on another shop, Geico has a 3rd party tow company come out to tow it from my uncle's private lot and hubertus intercepts the tow and they drop my vehicle off at their property due to non payment of the previous tow. I call Geico and tell them, I asked them to handle it because I'm not going to say anything good to the guy and with my car in their lot now they can basically do whatever they want to it so I'm not going to start with their incompetence again. It's allegedly handled over the phone with a marked invoice with confirmed payment. Since it's late at this point, the other tow company can't come out so they have to charge a $200 storage fee that's also paid ahead of time from Geico (another phone call). The next day, the 3rd party tow comes to get it and hubertus claims it's not paid. I'm irrate at this point. Call the adjuster and Geico again. They verify it's been paid, they make some phone calls and I have my wife go down (I work an hour away during business hours)and have the invoice and police on standby since it's stolen at this point. They claim it was just a misunderstanding. For a business that's been towing for so many years, it's absolutely wild to me that they are too simple to understand the basics of insurance payouts and are clearly scam artists looking for as much money as possible. I'm aware they are scamming Geico, $1200 for a 16 mile tow round trip and a day of storage is absurd. Wanna screw the big companies? fine, but at the expense of my car now 2 days behind on repair, not cool. If your new to the area, avoid them. They could care less to help you and care more about lining their pockets. I'm a local mom and pop shop person myself and like to help our local community. The BS they pulled will make me shout from the the hills to avoid them.
View on GoogleI’ve been taking my cars here for the past few years and tho I never actually thought they were dishonest, maybe overpriced but I like to shop locally if I can so, paid more than other estimates just for the convenience. But after my wife dropped off our car to have the brakes checked they called with a price of over $600 and I got upset and told my wife to tell them thats way too much and we will have to wait until next month being on social security. So I did go to their fb page and changed my like to a haha because I was upset, then I get an instant message from them saying I “Destroyed” his facebook page by changing my like. Then he says I screamed at him over the phone ( I never talked to anyone over the phone! ) then he says we usually let customers pay half of the bill and the rest when we got paid..,he never offered this to me or my wife. I see he likes to blame Everything on the customer by all the reviews that I wish I had seen before. To bad because I liked them before this happened.
View on GoogleUnfortunately, my husband and I experienced horrible service at Hubertus. We will never go back, and the new owner is the worse person I have ever met in the valley. We asked for an estimate for the oil change sensor and the inspection. They were 50% higher than any local shop, and they forced us to pay for a diagnostic fee without telling us. The new owner is abusive to me and threw my debit card on the floor after he took the money from me.
