Took my Tundra there yesterday 10/15/25 for 70k service and a wash. Took a little time for my advisor, Randal, to come and check me in. First thing he did was to try and sell me a package for 5 visits only 2 included an oil change the others were for tire rotation and fluid checks. I told him in the past they neglected to do rotations, He said this time he would make sure it was done. I asked specifically for a 70k service. Oil, tire rotation, check brake pads and the rest. He up sold me to drain and change the transmission fluid. I also got a car wash. Tires were not rotated, and brakes were not checked. Left two messages and replied to text. The report they do is a farce. As far as the wash. The windshield looked like they used a dirty rag and was noticeable when driving against the sun. Quoting Toyota's website "The 70,000-mile service for a 2020 Toyota Tundra includes a comprehensive check and replacement of the engine oil and filter, rotation of tires, and a visual inspection of brake linings, pads, and drums. The service also involves checking and adjusting all fluid levels and inspecting the wiper blades." No where does it say that the transmission service was warranted. Just an inspection.

Took my brand new RAV4 prime for its 6 month svc. Very nice people work here Shout out to Alicia was great re svc and the Transport guy plus the driver who were especially kind since I’m handicapped and need help getting to a doctors appointment

Samantha in the service department was great, she was helping me out a lot and always answering my calls. I had an issue with the insurance company and she got resolved for me. I had brought in my car for repair and came out perfect thank you.

Ordered my ‘25 Toyota Tundra Platinum with TRD package, 6.5” bed and 3” factory lift. Overall it was an easy and streamlined process. Truck was delivered just as ordered and arrived ahead of schedule. Traded in my 2018 Tundra Platinum and was given a more than fair price for a trade in. Thanks to everyone at Riverhead Toyota that helped with the sale. I will definitely see you again when I am ready for my next truck.
