This service and dealership are a complete disappointment. Nobody was smiling. When I bought the car, the salesman Mike tried to end the deal with me as quickly as possible without giving any discounts or maintenance as a gift. Anyway, I liked the car and they sold it to me with a $ 4k warranty. Anyway, today I went for the oil maintenance of my 2021 Hyundai Elantra that I bought a few months ago. They charged me $ 123 for the oil maintenance that I could have done for $ 70 outside. I said I was having a connection problem with navigation in Car Play and they told me it was related to your phone or there might be a diagnostic problem and I needed to leave the car overthere if i want. My phone is a new iPhone 15 Pro and everything is connected and I also tried it with another phone same error message came. In other words, the service people are doing their job evasively. When the oil change was finished I signed the papers and got in my car and looked at the sticker they put on the window and it was wrong. I took my car to 16261 miles and the sticker said 16428 miles and the next oil change time was. I went back and had it fixed and no apology was even made. A new sticker was put on the window but it was in a very bad shape. I added the pictures you can look at. You can understand from the fact that I spent so much time making this comment that I will never go to this service again. My experiences with this service are like this.

Service Agent and Service Manager were so helpful, courteous and efficient making my experience totally positive. My car was returned in a timely manner to my total satisfaction!

My car is having transmission issues where the gears and slipping from 1st to 2nd gear and 2nd to 3rd gear. It's a 2024 Hyundai Elantra under lease. So it's a new car and not out of warranty. I have the video captured of the gears slipping while driving. This happens after I'm on the highway for an extended period of time. These guys won't even look at it without charging me. They told me that I'll have to pay a $200 diagnostic fee when I bring it in and if they can't replicate the issue, they'll charge me the full $200...even though I have it caught on video I can already tell where this is headed. Since this happens during long highway drives, some "tech" is going to run the car for 10 min then say they couldn't replicate the issue and charge me the $200. I opted to not get scammed here. Never getting a Hyundai again

3 hours for service, all I had was an oil change and some brake pads which I was charged close to $400 for the rear brakes alone when it's all taxed out..you could get rotors and brakes for that at a certified shop..they asked if I wanted my wipers changed...$140?! Wipers cost $40 bux and that's for the high end...I chuckled and said no thanks...a little overpriced here I would say...between the pricing and the wait...I can't say I'm impressed with this service center..then when you go to pay $500 for some rear pads and an oil change..the card reader doesn't even work..make sure you have plastic..and they don't take AMEX.. that's great
