Walmart Auto Care Center

I called Sunday afternoon to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. I had a spare set of rims for the car and had purchased the tires from the local market place. They told me to come in early Monday morning and they would have it done no later than 3 pm. They took my number and said they would text me when they were done. By 11:30, they text me to come pick up. 4 old tires disposed of, 4 news mounted and balanced with new valve stems and switched over the tpm. Done in under 4 hours for $125 and they unloaded and loaded the tires into my truck. I had never gone to Walmart for tires but I will definitely look at them next time.

Took an hour and 50 minutes for an oil change with an appointment. The set of customers waiting when I showed up left, were replaced with a whole new set, they left, and then my car was brought in for service 45 minutes after my appointment time. There were employees complaining about the company and it's policies and the management for at least 20 minutes in full earshot of any customers waiting. I got the notification it was done and paid. It took almost 15 minutes for the car to come out and me to get my keys while the front employees and back employees argued. The convenience of having someone else change my oil isn't worth dealing with this place anymore.

We had an appointment for over a week, appointment was cancelled shortly after we arrived. Shop was Unwilling to install our winter tires that are taller aspect ratio for better handling in the snow. Employee did not understand how aspect ratio can differ for tires and was not" by policy" allowed to install them. They have previously installed these exact tires here in previous years.

Why does no one ever pick up the freaking phones here for literally anything. Also who runs this Walmart they’re genuinely useless every department is running based off of whatever the heck they want. There’s always like 1 regular line open, and self check out is always wrapped around the store. Pharmacy is a mess in general. Customer service desk never listens but I don’t blame them cause they’re always short staffed. The auto department NEVER PICKS UP no voicemail option nothing. Have to wait 20-30 minutes for ONE GENERAL QUESTION. There’s like 100 employees all walking around doing absolutely nothing. Literally just existing. Oh and of course majority of the staff is rude as if you’re pulling off their fingernails one by one just for a simple Question. Attitude for no reason. Useless

They performed the oil change promptly while ensuring all aspects of my vehicle’s needs were addressed. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the experience convenient and stress-free. I also appreciated the competitive pricing and the detailed service receipt, which outlined everything that was done. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely consider Walmart Auto Care for my future vehicle maintenance needs.
