Deline’s Auto Works

I went to this place with high hopes seeing that it had high ratings, is a mom and pop body shop and not a franchise but was highly disappointed on how they did not fully own up to their evident mistake. I had a small finder bender on my 2020 Camry that required my front bumper to be replaced the price was relatively fair and the timeline was a little longer than expected but no real complaint there. Fast forward only 8 months my front bump paint starts to chip and peel out of nowhere but I had already moved states away so I contact them send them pictures and ask if they could fund me for the clearly unsealed paint job on the bumper to be fixed. They agreed to pay but only up to $200 of the damages since they claimed to have done the job correctly and they can’t confirm if it was actually their fault. So I take it to a body shop and once they concluded fixing my brand new bumper by taking the paint off with just a high pressure air gun they confirmed that it was clearly not sealed and it was very unlikely that this was my doing. The new body shop calls and tells me that Delines refuses to go above $200 or to do any kind of wire transfer and to only send the money through mail like we don’t live in 2024. The new body shop also says that they can’t release my car until the full balance is paid so guess who has to pay the full amount for a freshly painted bumper twice within one year for an issue that is highly unlikely to be their fault.

Being that the company I am employed at is a locally owned small business, I wanted to take my crashed vehicle to another locally owned business. The people at Delines were awesome to work with. Very good communication and the results of the mechanical and body work were perfect! The vehicle they did repairs on for me is a fleet vehicle and has a wrap with our company logo/information. Delines set up an appointment for that to be fixed with another local business, who also did an awesome job! Delines handled all of the insurance for me as well. I can't say enough good things about Deline's, thank you all again for everything!

I had a very difficult time finding someone to do some rust work on my truck. After striking out with several businesses, I stumbled onto Delines Auto Works. They were easy to work with and did a great job at a great price. I paid about half of what I was quoted at a different body shop and the customer service was fantastic. I will be back whenever I need any body work for my vehicles. I highly recommend Deline's Auto works!

I needed a replacement hood for my vehicle which involved purchasing a new hood and having it painted to match. The finished product was excellent, the paint color match was seamless and the price was reasonable. Mike Deline and his staff were friendly, welcoming, and explained the process and progress. I would highly recommend their services.

Great experience. Chris did an excellent job installing my left-side gas pedal. Their team is responsive, communicates well and the price was more than fair.
