Chris and Roy were great to work with! I don't trust just anyone with my beamer. She is a 2018 5 series. I needed a cv joint and 2 control arms replaced. I also needed an alignment afterwards. This car is running great and this is my new auto shop! Much closer than Burdick and better prices.I have a nice warranty as well. Roy is an upright and honest person to deal with. I am very happy . A plus was not having any scratches on my new rims either .

Chris and Matt were extremely helpful! They took great care of my vehicle and kept it inside in anticipation of the snow. Reasonable prices and extremely helpful shop! They even gave me a ride home when I dropped the car off. Will be using them in the future and recommending them to family and friends. Thank you Service Plus!

Probably one of the best garage experiences to date. Their website is easy to navigate, I love their after-hours drop off/pick up service, and their communication is stellar! Shout out to their service advisor Matt who kept me up to date every step of the way. They are very thorough in what they do. I will definitely be making them my go-to garage.

I brought in my 2020 gmc terrain recently and I had an amazing experience. I brought it in for one specific problem and during the diagnosis they inspected my entire car for free. Getting a full picture of issues with my car was very helpful. They called to tell me all the things that require attention but explained it doesn't need immediate attention and they did not try and talk me into getting those things done immediately like most mechanics will do. They send a link with a full description of their inspection with pictures. I will absolutely be using them for all future maintenance.

I had the best experience and help from Chris at this establishment, he went above and beyond helping me with my vehicle. I went to valvoline for a coolant flush and top off, left with a huge pocket of air, which caused my vehicle to show low coolant and I had no heat. I searched online for reputable shops around my area and found service plus auto, I met Chris at the front desk he took a look at my car topped it off with coolant , I went back for the same issue a few days later had a technician take a look at it not only did he fix the issue, but he also heard a ticking sound coming from the engine bay which ended up being my lifters they recommended a course of action on what to do. I had my lifters replaced and every step of the way Chris kept me updated. Dennis the technician worked on my vehicle and really did a great service, 100 percent I would recommend this shop to anyone.
